What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact rehabilitation and fitness program originally developed by the German Joseph Pilates.
It has proven extremely effective in injury prevention. Core strength and posture are improved, reducing the likelihood of spinal pain. The program is now popular worldwide due to the great results achieved.

Pilates Classes (max. 10 people)
Floor classes incorporate a range of Pilates exercises using small equipment. They include strength training, stretching and relaxation. Hence, each class is a carefully designed whole body program.
Participants usually require an individual session with the Physiotherapist involving assessment of their individual needs and the teaching of the fundamental aspects of Pilates.
